STELLAXINGYI — Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing STELLAXINGYI. Every piece in our universe is crafted with intention, artistry, and care. Because many of our garments and footwear are made to order, we kindly ask all customers to review our policies before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Production

Most newer-collection garments are made to order and require 3–4 weeks for production.
Custom pieces or special-measurement garments take 4–6 weeks.
Production timelines are listed on each product page—please read carefully before checkout.

Returns

Because our garments and footwear are handcrafted and produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.

If you believe your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email stellaxingyi@stellaxingyi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Exchanges

We want your pieces to fit perfectly and feel truly yours. We offer sizing exchanges under the conditions below:

Garments

Eligible for size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Items showing wear (makeup, scent, stretching, or damage) cannot be accepted.

Footwear

Please try shoes on indoors only to keep the soles pristine.

Eligible for size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Soles must be completely clean and unstepped to qualify.
Shoes must be returned with the original box, dust bags, and accessories in unused condition.

Custom Orders

Custom sizing, custom colors, and bespoke orders are final sale, unless a manufacturer defect is present.

Shipping for Exchanges (Covered by STELLAXINGYI)

To make your exchange effortless:

STELLAXINGYI covers all exchange shipping costs.
We will email you a prepaid return label for an easy drop-off.
Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we will ship your new size at no additional cost.
